Different kinds of laughter

I thought this video was really interesting because it showed all the different laughs that different people have. While I was watching it, I actually thought that some of those laughs were…well pretty interesting… They actually make you laugh, which shows that laughter is contagious. Now tell me did you laugh? What do you think of all this different kinds of laughter? Do you actually think that laughter is contagious?

  4. HAHAHAHAHA!!! The video is really, really, really funny!!!! I can't imagine the whole world laughing and the wide gamut of different types of laughing. Most of the laughs were really funny for me, but some weren't. Although the "not-so-funny ones" were not funny, I still laughed and I couldn't stop laughing. Due to what I said previously, I believe this video relates to something Mr. AB once said: mirror neurons. If someone laughs, or cries, mirror neurons will most likely cause you to laugh, or cry, respectively. This video also shows us how powerful this type of neurons can possibly be.

  5. This is probably the weirdest video I have ever watched, it's not the way the people laugh that make me think but the thngs people post online, stupid? Maybe but it's hilarious! I do think laugh is contagious, and now even more after this small "experiment." Today I have experienced new types of laughter,I just got to say I can't contain myself when I watch this. jajajajajaajajaja

  10. I really like walking down the halls, listening to people laughing, and being able to recognize which laugh belongs to who. I especially like Ganzie's laugh, because it's very laughable. Jorge's just makes me happy inside. And I can hear Josh and Chris snickering pretty much all the time. I laugh at literally anything they say. Roberto, I thought that your comment was very insightful--I think mirror neurons are a huge part of our daily interactions.

  13. jajajajajaja Our whole class was watching, or rather, listening, to this video, and we were all laughing at people laughing. If you think about it, all laughs are weird. Why do we laugh? Is it a natural reflex? Laughter IS very contagious and it is interesting to see that everyone laughs really differently.

  14. I think that a video like this might seem like a waste of time, but I believe that hearing other people laugh makes you happy inside. For me, there is no questioning that laughter is contagious; and not only the sound, but the feeling behind it.

  16. You are right. Laughs are very contagious. Some laughs more than others. This laughs are defiantly the best example of contagious laugh. The bad thing about contagious laughs is that when you are in class, and the teacher is talking about something serious, and one of your classmates randomly starts laughing, you laugh too. This can put many people in trouble.

  17. I guess its true that laughters are contagious after all. laugh shown on screen would trigger a chain of laughs from among my peers and I. But yeah, it was really funny.

  18. Laughing is contagious in ways that they make a lot of people laugh at the same time. But there is only one problem... That after laughing so much, nobody knows why they are laughing... After all, it just comes from one person who was laughing for NOTHING... Although contagious laugh may be pointless, it will make you healthy.. ( I guess this was scientifically proven...)

  19. Hanuel, I most definitely agree with you. Laughing is really contagious. I have seen videos and I have experienced it. Your laughing because you see someone else laughing, but you don't even know why you are laughing in the first place; its weird and mysterious if you think about it.
