I'M SUPERMAN

Remember when you were young and you would watch some action movie, any action movie, then right afterward you would act just like the characters. Making silly ray gun noises, trying to fly, maybe attempting to blow something up with your mind. What ever happened to that child? The chemistry in our brains is still very similar to its state back then. You still picture yourself as the characters, subconsciously. Yet we have lost the inner drive to make little guns with our hands to shoot each other after watching a spaghetti western . I, for one, will not stand for this! I will attempt to get in contact with that inner child. What about you?

Hitler's Reaction

This is a short clip taken from some movie that was made years ago. However, the subtitles are different. They show a new, funnier side to this clip. Yes, it's about Chuck Norris coming to Germany and beating up everybody. The genius behind it is, that at times the dialogue would even make it seem as if Hitler is actually saying what the subtitles are saying. There are more videos, some concerning current news, but the language is somewhat vulgar. However, I hope you enjoy this one.

Hidden Masters

Hidden Masters is a group of gamers who play Call of Duty and post the game-play. They don't actually play Call of Duty, they hide in it. They basically just get in a game, hide, and then finish the game by winning by like 1 kill. They are very good at it and they can be annoying to people who can't find them.  I like the Hidden Masters because they have a variety of things that they do on their YouTube channel. It is very entertaining not only to do things like them but to have a good time watching them walk around like idiots.

Food! FooD! FOOD!! That is something we all want to do, E.A.T. some F.O.O.D. But some of us don't have enough time to get a quick bite. Here is a tip though, "Take an apple to school and eat it" It doesn't take more than 10 minutes if you're a slow eater but due to it's crunchiness it tricks your mind into thinking that it is being filled up. It may be a little, but it's better than having your liver eat itself every time you don't eat something in the morning. That is one of the many beauties about apple too, it helps detoxify your liver along with some other amazing boosts. Bob the builder got nothin on Lego! Lego is an amazing building game in which you construct many different structures and action figures. If you have not tried Lego before and you are over 15 you have missed out on one of the most amazing experiences of your life! But don't fret this is what you can do if  you want to reclaim your childhood. Buy about 50 dollars worth of Lego, rip open the boxes like a ravenous jackal, and then completely ignore the instructions. Build whatever you want, however you want and rip it to shreds again just as quick. Personally, I preferred Bionicle because I was a strange child. Experiment for yourself and find out which type of Lego's you prefer.

Parkour

Parkour is a form of free running with the intended purpose of keeping ones momentum while maneuvering through obstacles. It was inspired by military training in France. The original creator of parkour was Raymond Belle. Many of the moves and styles used in parkour were actually developed centuries ago but no one had before put them all together into one noncompetitive sport. For those of you who are avid video game enthusiasts parkour very closely resembles the same form of maneuvering through obstacles like those of Captain America, Spiderman and especially Dastan from Prince of Persia. No equipment is required to preform parkour but if you would like to take up the sport wearing protective gear is highly advised.

"Killjoy" Police

There are some really weird laws out there, but one of the weirdest I have heard is people being threatened to be arrested for throwing a snowball. Police in the town of county Durham are now being referred to as "killjoy" because of their cautious actions. Most people think snow is harmless and think nothing of snow being thrown around but the police think not. They have threatened to arrest anyone seen throwing snow at passers by who do not wish to join in the fun and at houses or cars. They have also said that No snowball could be thrown across the road. This has limited the fun. The police later explained their reasons by posting on their face book account: "Crook Beat Team are aware that it has been snowing and that people are going to have fun in it, however if anyone is caught throwing snowballs at vehicles or onto the road, they could be arrested. Likewise, if anyone throws snowballs at person's homes or at people who do not want to be involved in the snow games, they could be arrested and it will be classed as anti-social behavior." Other people seem to agree with this safety measure. Looking from their point of view it's difficult enough to drive across a street covered in snow but with snowballs flying from every direction and some hitting the car make even more difficult. I can understands both sides of the story. It is hard to resist throwing a snowball at someone or anything really but they should respect the people around them who might not want to join in the fun of a snow day.

Caption Fails

Have you ever tried the caption options on Youtube? What it does is that it listens to the video and makes subtitles for it. Sometimes it doesn't come out the right way. These are two guys who used the captions creatively. The way the script gets mixed up is hilarious. Enjoy!

Prom

A new student recently brought up the subject of prom with me and i felt the need to discuss it with everyone at school. Prom is a typical school dance that I do not believe Equity has ever experienced. This may stem from a lack of school motivation. If not I urge you all to start a prom committee now. School moral is at an all time high in my opinion. If we do not try now, it will be a long time before we will have the drive to host a prom. Ganzie Brough (the awesome) said "Gio is an amazing guy and i agree with his enthusiasm, I especially want to go to prom with a special someone ;)!" I hope Ganzie's belief is the same as yours. If you feel the way we do talk to your local STUCO representative about starting a prom committee.

The Reduced Shakespeare Company

Most people know Shakespeare's plays to be boring, long and confusing. This group acts out Shakespeare in a fashion so that people both young and old can understand. They make Shakespeare enjoyable and comedic. They have done many of Shakespeare's plays ranging from Romeo and Juliet to Hamlet. The reduced Shakespeare company consists of men acting out various characters whether it be male or female. They try and bring the plays alive by joking around and just having fun on stage. When they act out the plays they throw in slang that is used today as a way to make in enjoyable. This company was started in 1981.  They do many different acts not only Shakespeare although they are famous for Shakespeare. I have shown this to various people and they have all laughed and claimed that it was either good or quite comical. I enjoy this thoroughly and find it easier to understand then the actual plays granted watching an act is different from reading an act. Whiteboy7thst is a gamer that plays games like Call Of Duty and Battlefield. Whiteboy7thst is a famous Youtuber that has had quite a tough life. His name is Alex and he live in Milwaukee. Alex is an extremely good gamer. He likes to  call himself a gold medal championship gaming athlete. Why has he had a tough life? Well the answer is that his dad died when he was around 20. About 4 months later his mom also died and he had a rough time. A few years later his uncle died. It is very sad to hear that a lot of his family died in a few years. Not only did he have a small family but he also didn't have much money at that time. Slowly he started to progress in the YouTube community. He got so many view that he finally started making money from YouTube. After many years of hard work on his videos he finally reached one million subscribers. Alex now lives with his girlfriend Kpop(a famous YouTuber). Alex started from zero and slowly progressed to being a world famous YoTuber.
