Strange Skeletons

As you are all well aware, people have been dying for a long time. A lot of times the places these people die have been forgotten about, or built over. This means that skeletons of old cavemen or older generations are found all the time. Though, sometimes, the skeletons are found in such strange places or poses that even ordinary people take notice. Here are some examples of the strangest places skeletons have been found. The strangest pair of skeletons ever found would be the lovers of Valdaro. They are a pair of 6,000 year old skeletons found in Italy in 2007. The strange thing about them was that they died facing each other, with their arms around each other, like they were in a loving embrace. One theory is that they froze to death, holding each other for warmth. Another theory about them is that they died at different times, but were buried together.
The other strangest found skeleton would be the skeleton of King Richard the third. He stole the crown from his nephews, and later had them, as well as their parents (his brother and sister in law) killed. Understandably, he wasn't a good man, and he was a really hated king. When he was killed in battle, it was thought he was thrown into the Rover Soar. The truth was even less dignified. He was found in a parking Garage in England.
So, have you guys heard of any other strange burials? I know I have, but of them all, these are the ones I remember the most.

  2. Found in a parking garage? Strange but interesting. What other strange positions have bodies/skeletons been found in? How did they even think to find him in a parking garage did they just decide: "Hey lets dig up this parking garage.... OH LOOK A SKELETON OF A KING!" So strange...

  3. Those bodies that were hugging each other is so sad, and king in parking garage is so weird. Maybe, people who hated so much killed him or people who didn't like him did something to him.

  5. Well, I was waiting for a more interesting video, I wanted to see the skeletons and where they were originally. I think the video made the text to look boring.

  6. The skeletons lovers of Valdaro are pretty cool. I heard about them in the past, and it's a very interesting event. I feel that people always find remains of skeletons under parking lots. One school in Panama, which I forgot the name, was built over a cemetery. Creepy~

  7. I also find it strange how they just dug up a parking garage. I'm curious on how they knew where to dig or if they just got lucky. Anyways, it's amazing how after centuries we find the remains of the last British monarch to die in battle. Something else that I find amazing is how our technology now allows us to identify the remains of people centuries old.

  8. Although it's certainly extremely bizarre that they decided to search for a monarch's body in a parking lot, they must have had some sort of evidence that led them there. Maybe that was the place of his last battle (it said he was the last king to die in battle) and due to urbanization in the past centuries, this battlefield eventually turned into a parking lot. Who knows... Honestly, I don't believe this will lead to any major discoveries of how King Richard III truly was as a person.

  10. That was an amazing discovery because I didn't knew they would find Richard's skeletal body. I thought that they wouldn't be able to find Richard's skeletal body since it was a long time from the medieval times. Spectacular :)

  11. Wow, I think that is really cool. I wonder if that is really Richard the third's skeletal body. I would like to see skeletal body, but I want to find them myself. That would be really cool and exciting.
