Divergent, is a new sci-fi thriller movie coming out in 2014. It is based on the book "Divergent", which is the first book of the trilogy. The movie is about a young girl named Beatrice Prior, a special girl with special mind. The movie takes place in a futuristic society where every one is separated in to different communities called Factions. When you turn sixteen you get the choice to stay or leave your faction. The movie revolves around the life of Beatrice Prior, after she chooses to stay or leave her faction. When she makes this choice she reveals a interesting secret about the society they live in. Beatrice's life gets put endanger as she tries to figure out whats going on.

Oh it looks interesting! Since I saw people reading this book, I suppose that the movies is also going to be interesting as the book. Even though I didn't read the book, it looks interesting because I saw Arige reading the book and I don't see Arige reading a book usually :) Hope it's good!!
ReplyDeleteI CAN'T WAIT TO WATCH THE MOVIE. IT'S SO GOOD! I just really hope that they don't mess the movie up because there are some really interesting and intense parts in the book, as well as many cute moments :P I also can't wait to read insurgent! :D And yeah Ji Eun, hahah it's really good! I recommend reading it :)
ReplyDeleteI just finished the book this past weekend!!! I'm BEYOND excited to see the movie! I wonder if they're going to do the book justice though! It's too bad it is so far away though!!! I'm already reading Insurgent, and it's really amazing so far! I'm so glad that my friends suggested this series to me! So to those who haven't read the books, DO! :)
ReplyDeleteWow!!! I've just started reading Divergent and although I'm just in the beginning, I can really tell it is such an awesome book and story! Just by the looks of the trailer, I think the movie will be a huge hit as well!!! I can't wait to continue reading! :)

ReplyDeleteI have never read this book but I have seen lots of people reading it. When I watched the trailer, it looked similar to the Hunger Games. I would watch it when it comes out.

ReplyDeleteI really like Divergent! I would recommend the book to everyone! Everybody should read the book before they watch the movie because the movie is missing some pretty important characters. And dont go around saying that you rather watch the movie first and then just know what happens or watch the movie to then see if you want to read the book! So if you plan to watch the movie, READ THE BOOK!
