On second thought, I can't put into words exactly what Songebob has taught me, but this just feels right. I can't think of any other shows I used to watch as a child off the top of my head, but none can top Spongebob Squarepants.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow First Look Trailer

Jacques suggested me to post this so i thought it might be a good post. This video is about how Green Arrow or Oliver Queen stated to fight against crime alone in his city but now he is going to do it with his team. He formed a team with the requirements he was looking including speed, flight, size, precision and I believe experience. He forms a team with Flash, Hawkgirl, the White Canary, Captain Cold, Heatwave, the Atom, and Firestorm. Green Arrow got the instructions to unite them, the person who got the idea was Time-Traveling rogue Rip Hunter. He forms this because they have to stop an unstoppable threat to the planet, and maybe even to time itself. Rogue Rip Hunter doesn't have to convince them because their job is to protect people and the world. The last this Rip Hunter says in the video is " In the future you are not heroes, you are legends."

Daniel Radcliff Raps Blackalicious "Alphabet Aerobics"

In this video Daniel Radcliffe raps the alphabet aerobics while Jimmy Fallon shows which letter of the alphabet is Daniel singing in that moment. This video is funny because you don't expect the actor who interprets Harry Potter to know how to do this without mumbling. Still the bad part of this is that you can see that he starts to talk really slow but later he goes faster and after he slows down. After this he actually does it pretty well because he wasn't ready or expecting this so it was really amazing that he wasn't prepared and he wasn't nervous of showing how hi memorizes the song lyrics perfectly.

Another Post About Soccer

Here is another post about soccer. No doubt most of you are thinking, "hey, Chris must really like soccer." That is true. I like soccer. I also have to reach a certain amount of words to make this post valid.
Anyway, this post isn't so much soccer as it is CGI effects. or some type of computer-generated effects. But it still includes soccer!
There are various ways to celebrate a goal, some players have their own trademark ways to celebrate goals, and the rest just come up with increasingly ridiculous ways to celebrate. The most ridiculous and extensive way, however, is to edit it.
So, some genius did that. This is the original video. There are other videos that have more edited celebrations, but they either aren't as funny, are kind of unnecessary, or will get me an infraction.
Even in the original, VIEWER DISCRETION IS ADVISED. However, I'm confident that no one will see it, because there is one day of school left, so no one will see it. I'm doing this for a grade. :)

Now, here's something I'm really excited about. OWN GOALS!! AUTOGOLES!!! This is a post that is one hundred percent about soccer/football. So, read on everyone because soccer/football applies to everyone.
The role of defender is a pretty difficult position to play. You work hard, knowing one mistake can cost you the game. What's more, you don't get nearly enough recognition. Only people who actually play the game know how valuable a good defender is. Everybody else just drools over the next big striker.
Anyway, for a forward, scoring a goal is everything. Sure, dribbling past everyone is fun, but it only counts when you put the ball in the net. For a defender, the perfect tackle is the constantly sought after dream. Now, imagine how a striker must feel when he misses a goal, yeah, it feels bad. For a defender, the same could be said for letting a striker get past you, or losing the ball on your side of the field. Now, imagine a striker missing a penalty, or the most easy goal in the world. There are plenty videos about that, that I could share, but this is a post about defenders, so... For defenders, the worst you could feel is scoring an own goal. It sucks, I've done it before.
There are no words, no excuses. It is your fault. So, here's a video about the best own goals ever. Most of these are so good that if they had meant to do it, they would be some of the top players in the world. The rest are just sad. Click here for enlightenment!

The Scorch Trials Trailer

So, the other day, I was talking with my sister. She forced me to guess what exactly is coming out on a date that I can no longer recall. I was hoping that some cool new movie was coming out, but all of my guesses seemed to anger her. Not really, I think I just overrated the quality of the news I was about to receive. Apparently, the Scorch Trials is coming out! The long-awaited sequel of the Maze Runner will reach theaters sometime soon! Or so, I thought. What actually came out is just the trailer, and surprise, surprise, the movie is deviating from the book. again.
For those of you who don't know, or momentarily forgot, or just like hearing it, The Scorch Trials is the second part of the Maze Runner trilogy. The Maze Runner follows the story of some guys who are being thwarted by a mysterious organization called W.I.C.K.E.D. Then, they meet some girls, and the story gets REAL.
Anyway, there are actors and directors in this move. There are also some CGI effects, and some tension. That's basically all the trailer tells you.

The Hendrix History Channel

It all started with a question. As many of you know, school days can grow stressful beyond compare. Sometimes, you feel as though you are racing from class to class, barely able to catch your breath. About two months ago, the 11th Grade had a day much like this as we trudged into U.S. History. 

And then, Sofia had an idea. Being her ingenious self that she is, she decided to ask Mr. Hendrix a question: “Can we just color today? We’re losing creativity because we just sit in class all day long.” This then sparked a discussion. Dania suggested we do a project in lieu of our final exam. Lindsey suggested we do a video as the project.

So Mr. Hendrix thought about it. He sat and thought for a good several minutes. At last, he accepted the idea on condition that Mr. White would likewise accept (which he did!). And thus the Hendrix History Channel was born!

For nearly two months, we worked tirelessly to research and gather information, assign jobs, craft a storyboard, write a 14 page script, film scenes, take and photoshop photos and record audios. Then, Lindsey spent three weeks on compiling and editing the entire project. Finally, the video took 24+ hours to upload to Youtube under a channel called “Hendrix History”. The video can be found by searching “Hendrix History Channel”.

In this video, we cover major events and topics of all that our class had learned this year in U.S. History. Please enjoy the final product of all our hard work and effort. Be sure to watch all the way to the very end for bloopers!

Perhaps this can begin a tradition in future years at Equity.

It was a long and difficult process but very entertaining and completely worth the effort in the end. Creativity can be expressed in many ways. So long as you put in your hard work and effort, you can accomplish anything.

VACATIONS FINALLY ARRIVE!!!!!

I think I'm not the only one that can't wait until vacations finally come! Test week is a dread, isn't it. Well, maybe not for those of you smart pants who got exempted! Woohoo! Um...no. Anyway, good luck to you all who still have to take whatever exam! You can do it! Now, before we leave on vacations, I have the privilege (thank you Mr. Diego) of writing another blog post! That's right! So, keep on reading and enjoy my grandiloquent words! Or not.

I know that it isn't Christmas vacations yet, but I could only find this video in the billions of videos Youtube has! Mathias, in my opinion, is really funny! Last year, he made a segment in his Youtube channel called 12 Days of Mathias. Basically, he has other Youtubers as guests and plays challenges with them. In this video, his guest is Justin James Hughes. This video's challenge is the Say Anything Challenge. This consists of just saying the first thing that comes to mind. The person who stops the word flow gets his face tapped! Fun, huh? Anyway, enjoy the video and YOUR VACATIONS!!!!

The UEFA Champions League Comes to an End

After a long season filled with thrilling matches, last-minute goals, and many unexpected match results, the UEFA Champions League is coming to an end. The two teams ready to face each other in the long-awaited final, scheduled for June 6th, are Spain's FC Barcelona and Italy's Juventus. In the semifinals, Barcelona relatively easily swept past Bayern Munich, the current German champions, while Juventus surprisingly eliminated the reigning European champion, Real Madrid. 

Everyone following this prestigious tournament is looking forward to the grand finale set to take place at the Olympiastadion in Berlin, Germany in a couple of weeks. The stadium is ready to receive almost 75,000 fans from all over the globe to presence this incredible event that occurs only once each year. Although many believe Barcelona has a clear advantage over Juventus, there have been many surprises throughout the different phases of the Champions League, so it would be unsafe to say that one team has a clear path towards victory. For example, many said that Real Madrid would easily beat Juventus and pass into the final of the tournament without any major complications. It turns out that Juventus left Real Madrid behind. With that said, who do you think will win? Why?

If you do actually go to Equity you probably know our ICT teacher. He goes by the name Mr.Diego, sometimes. So I was bored in his class the other day and decided that I should be more productive. So naturally I stole his little baby recorder thing and now I gotta say, I kinda wanna be a movie producer. Moral of story: I took this wonderful video of Mr and I hope you get a really great message from it. ENJOY :))))))

Hair Tutorial Gone Wrong

Hello everyone. This is a video where this girl is trying to make a hair tutorial. She tries to teach her audience how to curl your hair (I think she said medium curls or something like that.) The problem is that after she uses her hair curler, her hair is not curled. When she takes off the "wand", her strand of hair is gone. It takes her a while to realize that her hair has been burnt, but then she notices and is pretty surprised. This video is pretty old so there's a high possibility you've already seen this video. Most people that have already seen this video told me that her reaction is hilarious to them. However, in my opinion, I think that her reaction isn't as funny. She actually seems really calm for a girl who just burnt her hair off. When she turned off the camera, I bet she started crying, though.

Sofia Vergara plays catchphrase with James Marsden

          Sofia Vergara is one of the funniest actresses, in my opinion. Here is a small biography of her just in case you don't know anything about her (and partly because I need to fill a word count). She is originally from Barranquilla, Colombia. She stars in Modern Family, where she plays Colombian mom, Gloria, but has many other television appearances. She just made a movie with Reese Witherspoon called Hot Pursuit. She has been named one of the 50 most beautiful people in the word. She is known for using her thick Colombian accent while acting.

         Anyway, she was in The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. She played catchphrase along with James Marsden and Steve Higgings. Before playing, she accuses Jimmy of making her play weird American games that she doesn't know how to play. This is probably the funniest catchphrase game ever played because Sofia is partnered with Jimmy. They have a half English, half Spanish team. In the end, Sofia and Jimmy conquer the game despite their language difficulties. Have fun watching the video!

After months of anticipation, the  Watch is finally out! Pre-orders for the luxurious watch made by tech giant Apple started on April 10th and it was released to the public two weeks later on the 24th of the same month. Apple is offering three main 'styles' for the watch, each varying in the quality of the materials, and of course, the price. The three base models are the  Watch Sport, the  Watch, and the  Watch Edition, of which 38 'sub-models' are derived. All three base models have the same basic features, such as heart rate monitor, a multi-touch glass screen, the obvious watch functionality, and many other features. They come in 38mm and 42mm watch cases. 

The Apple Watch Sport is available in ten different models and starts at $349. The case is made out of anodized aluminum and what Apple likes to call Ion-X glass. The 'regular' Apple Watch is available in 20 different configurations and starts at $549. It contains a stainless steel case with a sapphire crystal display. Finally, the Apple Watch Edition, which starts at $10,000 and goes up to an unbelievable price point of $17,000, is made of a custom gold alloy Apple claims to be "twice as hard as standard gold" and the same sapphire crystal display on the  Watch. The  Watch Edition is offered in 8 different configurations, in both 18-karat rose gold and 18-karat yellow gold.

Daredevil (Web Show)

Tired of seeing posts about superheroes every week? Well I'm sorry, but this time won't be the exception. Today I will talk to you about Daredevil. This series is only available on Netflix (sorry for tv lovers). Daredevil is based on Marvel comics, starring the character of the same name. This production is made by Marvel for Netflix. The original comics were written by Stan Lee and Bill Everett on April 1964. The main cast of the movie includes actors like, Charlie Cox as the main character (Daredevil), Deborah Ann Woll, Edsen Henson, and Tony Leonard Moore. Marvel worked in association with ABC Studios to produce the series. All the first season episodes were released on April 10, 2015. The episodes are all available on Netflix. Daredevil is not be like previous Marvel movies, because it is darker and will have much more blood.

I think Daredevil is a really good web show that many people would like, especially the people who like superheroes and the ones who like action movies and series with a lot of blood. Maybe Daredevil is not very famous right now because it is not a movie, nor a tv show, but a web show. But if you liked the trailer (video below) you should maybe go right now to Netflix and watch it :)

Dear future generations: Sorry.

"Only when the last tree has been cut down; Only when the last river has been poisoned; Only when the last fish has been caught; Only then will you find that money cannot be eaten." Geronimo. With that quote I want to open this post about our planet. It is probably that you cannot see the damage that our planet has suffered, but the future generations will. This video is an apology letter to the future generations that are going to come due to our destruction of the environment. It sketches a future in which there is lack of vegetation, fauna, and invasion of pollution in nature to it extremist form. Why? For money. This future may not look possible, but we have actually experienced harsh destruction and damage of the environment before and we are also experiencing it right now as the video shows. I personally think that a future with such destruction and contamination of our planet is kind of surreal; however, if we do not do something about it, it will not erase that fact that it is possible, it could happen. Please be aware of the environment. we are part of it. If we destroy nature, we destroy us. If we save nature, we save us.

Llamas with Hats

This video is funny and pretty bloody but it is still worth watching it. If you don't like violence and blood or scared of it, don't watch it because it's bloody. I recommend watching it because who doesn't love llamas with hats, Kappa? When you finish watching this, your minds will be blown, but do NOT copy what this video does(The more you know). This is similar to ASDF but bloodier and with colors.

LOOK UP

Most people surrounding us own some kind of smart device. I think its great how technology has evolved and how useful and entertaining the new devices can be. They are a great example of what people are capable of imagining and creating. Now, we can all take pictures and videos at the moment. There is no need to have one of those huge old cameras that were used back in the day. We can just take out our phones or tables or whatever it is that we have and capture the moment we desire. There are countless of applications that could be useful for school, work, and other environments. There are applications for calculators, online books and textbooks, instant messages among others. Technology has changed life. However, some people tend to overuse it, which is not that great of an idea. This video is about how overusing a smart device can significantly influence people's lives. Not just the one spending the whole day on his or her phone, but also everyone else around that person. I think it is a great video so watch it and comment what you think.

Battlefield 4

Battlefield 4 is a FPS (First Person Shooter) game released in October 13, 2013 by Electronic Arts (EA). It is successful for it's multiplayer, graphics, and gameplay, selling over 7 million copies. However it's sometimes criticized for it's mediocre single player storyline and some bugs/glitches. You can buy and play this game on the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 260, and the Xbox One. One thing I like about the game, is that it's really realistic. For example, if you destroy the pillars of a tall building, instead of just staying there like most other video games, the tower collapses and falls down. One thing I don't like about this game, is that even when you buy the game, it doesn't contain everything that the game offers. EA made several DLC(DownLoadable Content) all grouped into one purchase called Premium, and it costs as much as the game itself.
I recommend this game to anyone plays video games. Since a lot of time has passed since the game was released, it should be cheaper than the newer games in the market.

The only reason I am posting is because Mister asked me to. He said there wasn't going to be that many blog posts so he wanted me to post something. I asked Izzi what I should post and she told me to post this. I watched the video and I think its funny, but also these girls are so dumb. Why would they do it for than long. Obviously it wasn't going to work as planned. It's funny to watch them try to talk with their fat lips. Maybe I can get Gwen, my little sister to do it. Just to see her talk with the fat lips. Knowing her though she will probably do it perfectly and get the best lips in the world. I like pizza. I also like shrimp. I am very hungry right now. Someone please give me food. I get to eat salad for lunch. I will take any food donations for lunch(unless it is ravioli).  Here are some suggestions for the food donations: bread, sandwiches, rice, steak, shrimp, chocolate, hot dogs, and mac & cheese.

Social Networking On Real Life

Hello everyone! It's me again :) So I was watching videos on Youtube the other day and found this. I thought it was very funny. I am sure we all do so many things on social networks that seem so normal and not creepy at all, but if we did all the poking, following, and liking in real life, everything changes drastically. I love how the woman is not shy at all to talk to strangers. I know I would definitely not be able to do it. It is really hard for me to talk to some stranger in the street. Maybe just the usual greeting out of education, but apart from that, nothing. Would you be able to do that? Would you be able to walk in the streets and talk to random people like the woman in the video did?
I am sure it would be fun because of all the weird responses you would receive.

Jorgito

Jorgito is a 13-minute video made in Equity American School. It was made in 2012 and it features Jorge Paredes, Juan Fernando Gabriel, Chris Galves, Ricardo Quiñones, Luciano Meneses, and Gaby Maldonado. They made it because of a project they had to do in Spanish class. 

The video is about Jorgito (Juan Fer) getting bullied and abused by Moises (Ricardo), Jonathan (Jorge), and his alcoholic dad (Luciano). After finding out about Jorgito's issue, his teacher(Chris), tries to solve the problems. Also, after Jorgito is depressed after seeing his dad drunk and messed up, a girl named Alejandra (Gaby) comes and tries to make Jorgito feel better. Then, Jorgito, his dad, and the teacher had a conference and discussed about the teacher adopting Jorgito. In the end, Jorgito becomes his teacher's adopted son and live happily. 

They also included some bloopers they had during the production of the video. Once, a library teacher actually thought that Jorge and Ricardo were bullying Juan Fer, and told them to stop. These videos made in school are quite funny.

Introvert, extrovert, or ambivert?

Hello! As always , I was looking youtube videos in the search of a one that I could post here. In my search I found a cool one about what would happen if the sun disappeared; however, it was too long and it wouldn’t have uploaded. Instead of that one, I found one that can be uploaded and that will not have the risk to end up being that boring. The video is about introvert vs. extrovert problems. It shows how despite having different characters, they still have problems due to the way they are. I personally think that we should not be boxed in a stereotype and be judge by how we behavior sometimes since I think we all have some of the other. Despite that I know I’m more of an introvert than an extrovert, but I still have my extrovert moments. So, as I said, we all have some extrovert and introvert in us. I hope you liked the video! Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016)

Okay, so when we talk about superheroes, a lot of questions pop out, like, who would win or who is the best. But, we all know that those are personal opinions. There comes discussions, rows and stuff like that. Marvel or DC? In this case we will talk about and review the trailer of DC's new movie....Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. This movie will feature the characters Batman and Superman (duh). The main actors in this film will be Ben Affleck, and Henry Cavill, as Batman, and Superman respectively. Other actors will be Jeremy Irons, as Alfred. This time the actress Gal Gadot will be Wonder Woman. This film is based on the graphic novel (comic) The Dark Knight Returns. Dawn of Justice was announced at 2013 San Diego Comic Con, after the release of Man of Steel. Batman v Superman was announced to be released in the United States on March 25, 2016 in 2D, 3D, and IMAX 3D.

I think this movie, next year, will be one of the most watched movies around the world. I say that because the movie is already causing a lot of expectation from superheroes fans all over the world. And what do you think about this movie trailer (below this description)?

Best Proposal Ever???

In ICT class, my friend Hanna Lee was watching a video. I, being so nosy, walked up and watched it. The video was nice. It was really creative. Of course, there were some cheesy parts, since it was a really big proposal. The video starts out with a couple on a date, however, another girl comes up to the man asking why he cheated on her. The girl was very disappointed and was crying. The boy left and that was when everything began. And by everything, I mean lots of music and a lot of dancers. Marcia Orellana said on the video, "It was extreme. I would probably get out of there if people just randomly started dancing." I agree with Marcia. It would be pretty random and extremely awkward if people begin dancing while I sit there crying. I would also hope that I'm not being filmed as I ran away.

Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart with Jimmy Fallon

Hello everyone!
So last month (I think it was last month...) someone posted a lip sync battle involving Jimmy Fallon and Emma Stone. I must congratulate the person who posted that because I really liked that video. I think JP was the one who posted it.
Anyway, when I finished the video I watched some of the videos that were suggested to me by Youtube. One I really liked was another lip sync battle. And yes, it was with Jimmy Fallon.
This one included Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart. I have to say, this video is one of the most hilarious videos I have ever seen. Will Ferrell is really funny.

Now, about the video I posted. I went on youtube and it was the first video I opened, so it's probably not the best one, but I thought it was pretty funny. I love suits, specially Louis. For those of you who do not watch the TV show, it is about a law firm, so the the guy in the video is a lawyers There are three lawyers that are the main ones. There is Harvey who is the best lawyer in town in the show and there is also Mike who works for Harvey. The third lawyer, Louis, is next in line after Harvey, but he is awesome! He is the guy from the video. If you do not watch the show yet, you should. You are going to love it. I hope so, at least. Moving on, the video is not part of an episode, it is just something that was filmed separately, so it is not spoiling anything. Hope you like it! :)

Reincarnated

Reincarnated(2012) is a movie/documentary made by Vice films about hip-hop artist Snoop Dogg becoming Snoop Lion. Snoop Dogg used to sing and perform with other rappers and hip-hop artists such as Wiz Khalifa, Dr. Dre, and Tupac. He was famous for being "gangsta," but after he experienced the deaths of several friends and was  convicted for murder in 1996, he wanted a more peaceful life. He decided to follow the path of reggae music and went on a trip to Jamaica to learn more about the "Rastafarian" culture for his new reggae album, Reincarnated.
During the film, he joins up with Diplo, a dj, Bunny Wailer, a reggae artist who has once been in a group with Bob Marley, and others.  He learns more and more about the Jamaican and reggae culture with all his partners and releases his album in April 19, 2013.  This post was inspired by Jorge Paredes, who is a fan of Snoop Dogg/Snoop Lion. Ghosts!

Hello everyone! As the title states, this video is about ghosts. Wait! Don’t go yet. This video is not an actual scary one. Is more like an informative one. This video is basically about the history and evolution in the belief of ghosts in our society. First, it explains how ghost had a common apparition in ancient literature and how their presence started to evolve in something more creepy and related to demonic stuff. Later, the guy explains the creation of seances, a meeting in which people try to have contact with the dead, which turned to be complete fraud after Houdini reveled that they were just using pure illusions. Furthermore, the guy in the video keeps explaining how there  are many groups that are dedicated to explain paranormal events with scientific proof, which  left many people without jobs. At the end of the video,  he also explains that we are basically ghost since our bodies replace 98% of our cells every year. Pretty interesting in my opinion. It was not scary, right? Star Wars: The Force Awakens (second teaser)

Have you waited too much for the newest Star Wars movie to come out? Well you will have to wait a bit more. You will just have to wait eight months to be able to watch.....Star Wars: The Force Awakens *Star Wars cool song*. This movie will be the seventh one from the series. Some of the actors appearing in the movie this time will be John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnal Gleeson, and Max Von Sydow. And if you were wondering if actors from older Star Wars movies were going to appear in this film, I will have the honor to inform you that this will happen. The actors Harrison Ford as Han Solo, Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia, and of course Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker, will be some of the main characters. Obviously in this film they will not look as before because they are a little bit older, having in mind that this movie is set approximately 30 years after the events of Return of the Jedi that was released in 1983. Star Wars account on YouTube uploaded the second teaser of this movie on April 16, 2015, announcing that the movie will be released on December 18, 2015.

I'm coming home

Hello everyone! You guys probably remember the horrible event when Paul Walker experienced a tragic accident that took away his life. A lot of us grieved over this devastating news for months. I almost cried when I read the news for the first time. Ok, that is not true, but I was shocked. And I got over it the day after, but I am sure that there were some fans out there that grieved over his death for months.
On April 2, the thursday during spring break, the seventh movie of the fast and furious movies was premiered. The song of the video was the soundtrack for the movie. It's a great song. The reason why I think it is so great is because I think that it can be adapted to other people's lives. There are so many people who have a close friend of relative that recently passed away and they can perfectly relate to this song. Or not, depending on how they are handling the experience. Either way, the video touched my heart and the the song's lyrics are just amazing!

The Purges

The Purge, a movie that came out during the year 2013 was a "horror" movie about people killing each other for one day. The setting takes place in the United States during the year 2022, when everything is peaceful and crime is gone. However, for twelve hours, the government allows all crimes to be legal to control the population. The first movie is about a family trying to survive the event, but turns out having problems that leads to the father dying. The sequel to The Purge, The Purge: Anarchy, the second movie that came out during 2014, is about another family surviving the purge.
Although both movies didn't receive the best reviews and ratings, but they were both successful since the first one made over $89 million out of a $3 million budget and the second one over $110 out of $9 million. The directors of this franchise are planning to make a third movie called The Purge: Vengeance supposedly by July, 2016. Here are the trailers for one movie if you are interested.

Dumb Things You Have Probably Done

Hello everybody! While watching videos on Youtube, I found two that I think are pretty relatable with most of us, specially with my clumsy self. I’m sure that most of us have had some really dumb and awkward moments in which we ask ourselves if we really just did that. Well, here are two videos which are compilations of very dumb and awkward moments that most likely happened to you before. This video is from a channel in Youtube named BuzzFeedviolet which has some very interesting and relatable videos. There are some situations in both videos that haven't happened to me, but most of them have. Tell me in the comments if some of these things have or have not happened to you. If any of these have happened to you, which I find it weird and you a liar, then comment a dumb or awkward situation similar to these that have happened to you. The Luckiest People in the World

This video is so funny! As soon as I put the video on, my whole class starting laughing their heads off! This video is about LITERALLY the luckiest people in the world. If the had taken one more step they would have been seriously injured or even worse... killed! This is definitely one of the funniest videos I have seen all year. I would personally like to have those peoples luck so I don't get killed by a car or a truck. For some people this is really funny, and for others it is really frustrating or scary! Can you imagine what those people felt when they were about to die, but didn't? In the video there is a couple of "bad" words, but I liked it so much I had to post it! My favorite part is when a guy is building a bridge and it collapses, the guy doesn't get injured at all! I really hope that you guys like this video. It personally changed how I think before crossing the street. ENJOY!!

James Bond 007: Spectre

What comes to your mind when you hear someone say "James Bond"? Action? Guns? Adrenaline? British Accent? Whatever came to your mind when you read James Bond, we all agree it's just a really awesome movie. This time, Daniel Craig, the main character of James Bond movies will amaze us with Spectre. This film is the twenty-fourth James Bond movie produced by Eon Productions. The movie will be the second film of the series directed by Sam Mendes, and this movie will feature Daniel Craig in his fourth performance as James Bond. This time Christoph Waltz as Franz Oberhauser will be James Bond's enemy. The film is scheduled to be released on November 6 2015.

I think this movie will be one of the best releases of the year, as James Bond movies always get to be. Even though I have not seen all James Bond movies, I am a big fan of these movies. Or at least of the ones that I have seen and I will see. I totally recommend everyone I know this movie, because it is a very complete movie. This movie is also very classic, that is why many people of many ages like these movies.

This is very cheesy, but I think it is adorable. A guy takes seventeen months to plan the perfect proposal. Seventeen months people!!! Isn't that sweet? That is how you show that you really care about someone and the importance they have in your life.

Hello People. Izzi showed me this music video, and I thought it was pretty funny and random. One of the best parts in the video is when the police men are trying to catch the people in the car and are playing rock paper scissors the car drives up behind them and passes them. I love how in the ending she kisses him and then leaves him there to fend for himself against the police, and makes a run for it. Well, I hope you guys like the video. I know you won't read what I wrote, nobody ever reads the writing, but Mr.Diego. Mr. Diego only reads them because he has to grade them. If he really had a choice he would never read them. Ever since the beginning of kiteboarding there had been one competition that stands above the rest. The prestigious Red Bull King of The Air competition. This race doesn't many rules. The only requirement is that you have to fly as high as you can and hope that the judges counted it. It is just how it sounds. The person that shows the most commitment,  height,  technical difficulty and risk will be the champion. I really can't talk to much about this competition aside from its crazy. The champion this year is called Aaron Hadlow. He was 5 time world champion and now he is king of the air.

The champion is back. Aaron Hadlow, a 26 year old professional kiteboarder from England. He started kiteboarding when he was a 12 year old. A couple of years after he started he won his first competition in England. When he was 15 he decided to go professional and he stated to compete in a much more luxurious type of competition: the world famous PKRA (Professional Kite Rider's Association). The first year he became world champion and he continued to win for five years in a row. The year was 2009 when he was finally defeated. He dedicated himself the triple s venues. Until 2013 he decided to make his comeback into competition. On 2014 he ended up third in the world with a fractures rib. So it is safe to say that he is on the road of being the champion again. WHERE MY BAES AT?

One of my favorite things to do when I'm bored is watching videos on youtube. There are a lot of youtubers I enjoy watching, one of them is Miranda Sings. Over 3 million subscribers in her channel. Miranda is a character interpreted by Colleen Ballinger also known as psycosoprano. Most of Miranda's videos are of her making "covers" of famous songs. What I like the most about her videos is that they are all funny. Even though in her videos she sings really bad and dances weird, in real life Colleen is a singer. You can see that Miranda has a funny and egotistical personality. Many people assume she is a person with problems or that she is crazy but if you are close part of the youtube community you will know she is just making this for her viewers. I hope you guys like the video. This is the first single she released. It is called "Where my baes at?" I love the video and I hope you guys enjoy it too. Many might not know who is Ronaldinho so I'm going to tell you. Ronaldinho was the Brasilian player who won 2 tims the Ballon D' Or or so. For me he is the best player, ever he might not be th best player right now but during his career he won the Ballon D' Or, the World Cup with his team, and many other trophies. In this video They show how ronaldinho when he played in pro professional football how he didn't even think twice before dong it but he just did it.

I know many other players from Brazil who were really good also like Kaka, Rivalro, Ronaldo, Pele, Neymar, etc. but no one of them is like Ronaldinho. He was one of the only players who were clean but clean at the time of playing. He played for 3 of the best clubs from Europe like: FC Barcelona, AC Milan, and paris Saint-Germain.

Lip Sync between jimmy Fallon and Emma Sone

We all know Jimmy Fallon, he is funny, enthiusiastic and he always challeges his guest in his show. In this video that was pubished like in April from 2014 Jimmy challenges his guest Emma Stone to a Lip Sync Battle in which Emma wins the challenge. Each contestant in this case Emma and Jimmy get to pick and sing two songs. Jimmy picks "Fancy" from Iggy Azalea and "Mr. Roboto" from Styx. And Emma picks "Hook" by Blues Traveler and "All I do is win" by dj Khaled. I seriously liked this video because it wasn't only that they sang those songs but their face expressions were really funny, if you pay close atention to thier face expressions they didn't just pretend that they were singing but they also laughed at each other because they knew that if they looked funny, they wouldn't want to see themselves.

Many of you know Ellen from her show because she tries to invite famous actresses, politicians, and other people. In this video she invites The wife of the President of the United States, Michele Obama.In this video Michelle Obama chalenges Ellen to a dance competition in witch they invite some dancers to dance with them the song of Bruno Mars called Uptown Funk.

Also Michelle Obama tells ellen that she recuested her friends or artists to show them a routine of how she will lose weight. They show the videos that they sended to Michelle Obama. Such artist were Beyonce working with some weights, Nick Jonas doing push-ups, and even some austronauts from NASA sended her videos of how to lose weight. Afterwards they don't do anything except that in the midle of the dance competition Michelle Obama had to put her phone on vibrate.

Fast&Furious 7

As it the title states this is the trailer about Fast&Furious 7. The movie as always is always starred by Vin Diesel. In this movie I'm not sure if they are going to include Paul Walker during all the movie or are they just going to "exclude" him by killling him i the movie. After that in the trailer you can see that the older brother of one of the bad guy that appeared in a movie before, I think it was the move number 6 but I'm not sure. So the oolder brother tries to hunt them and kill them because he wants to take revenge to what they did to his brother.


Apparently the movie is going out to theaters April 3, 2015 in the U.S. I'm not completly sure when is it coming out here in Guatemala but I asume that it will be like in June or July. I hope it comes out around that time but maybe it will not be like that. This might be a really good movie because they have done so many that the audiencereally likes this movies.

This is the worst thing from YouTube. If they change or delete this it will be better for people watching it. YouTube is the future of entertainment but it won't get to that if they don't change the dumb stuff. I would really like to see that YouTube cared a lot about things we do or we like. We do not use the watch later or what to watch section I mean this not 2009 or so. YouTube is one of the best things ever made and people will hate it for the littlest thing ever. Hey everyone! So lately I've been hearing this song on repeat because it makes me really happy whenever I hear it. I really like the lyrics because it has meaning and the melody just makes my day. Someone probably made a post about the same thing, but we're a school with the majority of the student body having an interest for music. So, it doesn't matter! What song makes you happy? Lot's of people have been fighting over the famous dress. Some say that it is "black and blue", and others say that it is "white and gold"...well the truth is that the dress is actually black and blue. Humans interpret color depending on the shadow and the type of lighting it is being used on the photo.This video explains why we see the dress as we do. If you were in Art yesterday you will probably understand it a little better. I personally find it really interesting how we all see stuff differently. At first I didn't understand but if you really think about it you will eventually. I see the dress as "black and blue", but when people told me that they saw it "white and gold" I thought that they were crazy... or I was.  Asapscience videos have a lot of fun and cool thing we can learn. I recommend it to everybody because sometimes we have a doubt or are just curious, and most of these videos have the answers.

Hey guys! How are you? Hope you are all doing well! :) So I am the lucky one from my class who gets to be guest blogger for two months in a row, so you will be reading a lot from me in the next few weeks. Exciting, right? 

Anyway, I am sure most of you know that the oscars were a couple of weeks ago. There was the Disney star, Zendaya, who wore a beautiful white dress with dread locks. Then, on the show Fashion Police (I am sure all of you know about this show, but just in case that there is someone who doesn't, it is a show where a group of people talk about celebrities' clothes, hair, or anything related to fashion), they were talking about how everyone looked at the oscars. Commenting on their looks, as usual. However, when they got to Zendaya, Giuliana Rancic made a comment that surprised everyone. It is all over the internet now. Some people said that she was too mean and crossed the line. Watch the video and comment what you think. Was she too mean or do you agree with her? Or do you just not care?

Denver the guilty dog

I came across this video a year ago and I couldn't stop laughing after watching it. The video is about an owner that finds this cat treats eaten by one of his pets. He goes around his living room trying to find who ate the treats. I find this video really funny and cute. The owner makes the situation seem more dramatic than it actually is and the background music really helps to make the video seem like a big drama about finding people guilty of a crime. If you like making fun of your own pets and looking at their reactions when you mess with them, please do watch the video, I'm sure you will enjoy it. Besides who doesn't like watching dog videos. I always find videos like this about people with pets that do really funny and cute stuff, yet I never managed to find something weird or cute my dogs did when I had them. GUY HAS SEIZURE WHILE SKYDIVING - MUST WATCH!

This video consists of a guy who goes skydiving for the first time. At first, it seems as if everything is fine. However, a few seconds into the skydiving, he begins to experience a seizure. Luckily, the jumpmaster, the guy jumping with him, managed to grab him and open his parachute just in time so he doesn´t get killed. The guy who was having a seizure managed to snap out of it just in time to land. He came back to the world at 3000 feet before he hit land. The guy who saved his life deserves a golden metal. If I were the guy being saved I would owe my life to the dude who saved me. Honestly, it was a miracle that he managed to land safely. I think more protection or preparation should be integrated into skydiving, because as seen, it would end up pretty disastrous. However, I would still kill to go up there and try it myself. Skydiving has always been a dream of mine. I think it would be pretty fun. What do you think of this video? Would you still go skydiving after witnessing this.

 Recently I have been very interested in spanish music and thought it proper to share with you guys one of my favorite songs right now. I know that the most popular music right now is electronic music but this type of music adds a nice type of vibe to relax during free time. Also electronic music is great for jumping up and down but for dancing and having a great time with a partner, you need to learn how to dance latino music. Maluma one of the singers in this video was just in Guatemala and I went to the concert with several friends and had a great time dancing. If you are not that in to this music I do recommend you listen to several of these song and learn to love them, especially because you are living in Guatemala, and Guatemalans love to dance. Stop the Knot

Recently, a video was posted on YouTube that show people running around and cutting off the the small knots/buns on the top of men's heads. Although it was later explained through another video that it was fake, it still sparked controversy. People have either loved what they had supposedly done or they were very angry. Those who were angry were upset because they felt like the men who did the prank had overstepped their boundaries and were ignorant and hypocrites.

So what do you guys think? If was something real, do you think the pranksters were in the wrong? What do you think of the Stop the Knot campaign?

DEVINSUPERTRAMP

I hope a couple of you know devinsupertramp. If not, you're missing out. Devinsupertramp is a famous youtuber. In his videos, he does what every person would like to try someday but knows it's never gonna happen. He has broken several world-records. His videos go from making the world's largest swing, the largest zip-line, and many more. He also films professionals  performing incredible things.
We was recently here, in Guatemala, filming the beautiful landscaped that one can find anywhere in the country.
These videos are very cool and, given that they are done by grown-ups and not children (for obvious reasons), they make me think that one is never too old to follow him dreams and that one can be a kid, not matter the age.

Landfill Harmonic

"The world sends us garbage. We send back music." This is the slogan of the Landfill Harmonic, also known as the recycled orchestra, a project taken place at Cateura, Paraguay. I can poorly explain what this is about, so I will cite their web-page.

Chávez got to know these kids and their families over 8 years ago while working on a waste recycling project at the landfill of Cateura. In this area more than 40% of children don’t finish school because their parents need them to work. Being an environmental engineer but with a musical background, one day he decided to help the children by teaching them music lessons. The idea was simply to keep the kids from playing in the landfill.

“At first it was very difficult because we had no place to rehearse and we had to teach in the same place where the parents were working in the trash,” said Chávez. “The children knew nothing about music and it was very difficult to contact parents because many of them do not live with their children.”

Eventually, parents began to see that playing music was keeping their kids out of trouble, some even reclaiming children they had previously abandoned.

Soon there were more children wanting lessons than there were instruments, so Chávez and Nicolas “Cola” one of the garbage pickers experimented with making some out of recycled materials from the landfill.  String and wind instruments are made with oil tin cans, forks, bottle caps, and whatever is around.  “Eventually the recycled instruments were improved, and in many cases, they now sound better than the wooden Made In China instruments the more able children play on.”

The recycled instruments serve another, more practical purpose: The kids can safely carry them. “For many children, it was impossible to give them a violin to take home because they had nowhere to keep it and their parents were afraid they would be robbed or the instrument would be sold to buy drugs.”

After learning of those people, I could only think of how lucky we are to have our instruments on the orchestra, and it made me appreciate everything that I have a little more. So pay attention, and try to dee the things around you with more gratitude.
